Bringing our voices to EPA right now is especially important. Already this year EPA has
- decided to stop calculating the public health benefits of air pollution protections, essentially deeming human life worthless
- proposed a dangerous exemption from Clean Air Act protections for “advanced recycling” plastics incinerators, which would allow these facilities to spew toxic pollution into local communities unchecked, and
- revoked the Endangerment Finding, the legal and scientific foundation for federal protections from greenhouse gas emissions—meaning they’ve decided climate pollution is not a threat to human life or health.
These moves are reckless. They are dangerous. They are symptoms of unprecedented corruption plaguing Trump and Zeldin’s EPA. And Moms are not staying silent.
