Washington, DC – Today, President Biden announced his latest Build Back Better Framework, which would make a historic investment of $555 billion in addressing the climate crisis. Once passed, the Build Back Better Framework will invest in communities that are disproportionately impacted by pollution and put us on a path toward climate safety.
In response, Dominique Browning, Co-Founder and Director of Moms Clean Air Force, issued the following statement:
“The Build Back Better Framework represents a once-in-a-generation opportunity for historic investments in climate solutions. It includes critical climate and health provisions that will help protect our children’s health and future, as well as direct investments to the communities that need them most. More than one million members of Moms Clean Air Force plan to keep up the pressure on our legislators until a bill is voted through and signed!”
