Volunteer Advocacy Training Program
7:30 pm - 8:30 pm EDT

Come build your skills at our three-part Volunteer Advocacy Training Program where you’ll learn how to advocate and organize, share your story, and compel government officials to take action. You’ll get access to Moms Clean Air Force resources, materials, and experts, and you’ll join our nationwide community of SuperMom volunteers. By completing all three parts of this training, you’ll not only be better prepared to take action in your community, but you’ll also earn a SuperMom Certification that you can show off on your resume or on LinkedIn!

Part 1: Intro to Advocacy & Community Organizing

Part 2: Sharing Your Story, Messaging, & Media Training
Tuesday, Oct. 7th at 7:30pm EDT
- How does the media work and what is their role in advocacy?
- Why is storytelling so important?
- How to tell your story!
Part 3: Engaging Elected Officials & Regulatory Agencies
Tuesday, Oct. 21st at 7:30pm EDT
- Who makes the decisions that impact our air, climate, and future?
- What is lobbying and who can do it?
- How can you work with elected officials and make sure they’re held accountable?
