For any parent, climate change and air pollution pose a substantial risk to the health of their children, to their quality of life, and even to the economy of their home.
So, it’s not surprising that more Latinos throughout the country are joining conservation and air quality initiatives as a first step toward important changes immediately and in the long run. At Moms Clean Air Force and EcoMadres, we’re here to help make sure these steps are impactful.
Moms and caregivers have stories to tell and friends and family to bring along on the journey as we work together to make voices heard and issues acknowledged. Individually, we know that elected officials want to hear from us and that it makes a difference when you contact the people who represent you. Collectively, we are millions of Latinos with the power to engage civically or vote—and to change the course of this country.
There continues to be a need for more diverse voices at the table where decisions are being made, especially when it comes to the future of our children. At EcoMadres, we work to ensure diverse representation in action, decision making, and design so that the solutions represent and benefit all constituencies.
Join our growing community! EcoMadres fights for the health of Latino families impacted by air pollution and climate change.
