This is urgent: historic climate protections Moms fought hard for are under a credible attack as Congress approaches its post-election work session in November.
Today is the last day to sign our petition to Congress before we deliver it. Be sure your voice is heard.
Tell Congress: Commit to Climate Investments and Clean Air Progress
Over the last four years, Moms advocated fiercely to cut climate pollution and protect our families’ health—and we saw significant progress:
- President Biden and Congress passed the largest climate investment in U.S. history—the Inflation Reduction Act.
- Communities across the country have received much-needed federal funds to help pay for electric school buses, air quality monitoring, clean energy projects, local climate action plans, and much more.
- EPA set bold federal protections to reduce harmful air pollution from oil and gas operations, power plants, and cars and trucks.
Federal climate funding and protections are more important than ever. Remember Hurricanes Helene and Milton? Remember the record-breaking heat this summer? Climate change is upon us. It’s harming our families’ physical and mental health now.
While we can’t control the weather, we can control the climate pollution that’s driving these extremes.
Join Moms in urging Congress to defend climate investments and clean air progress.
