Moms for a Non-Toxic New York is a gathering of moms in New York who want toxic chemicals out of their children’s products. We are organizing them around this fairly broad frame, and explicitly focusing on passage of the Child Safe Products Act (S. 4614) in the NYS Legislature. The bill already passed the Assembly by a wide, bi-partisan manner. We know that moms have powerful voices, and especially on issues that impact their kids directly! That’s why a group of organizations are supporting Moms for a Non-Toxic New York. Currently these include Clean and Healthy New York, Environmental Advocates of New York, and Sierra Club.
