Maria Finnegan is a National Field Manager at Moms Clean Air Force, where she oversees local, state, and federal campaigns aimed at building a healthier future for all children. She also manages the organization’s Moms and Mayors initiative, working to drive change at the community level.
Maria has spent her career building connections—first through storytelling in major media markets and later through relationship-building roles in politics and higher education. Growing up as an “outdoor kid,” she developed an early love for nature and a strong sense of environmental stewardship, but it was becoming a mother in 2020 that sharpened her focus and deepened her sense of purpose. With her son’s future in mind, Maria dedicated herself to the fight for a healthier, more sustainable climate for vulnerable populations. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in communications and community engagement, she brings a unique combination of advocacy, expertise, and straight-up mom power to everything she does. Maria’s work has been featured in the Keene Sentinel and Monadnock Ledger-Transcript.
