'Cuentos del Fuego' spotlights resiliency in the wake of Southern Oregon Fires.
In this virtual event, Xicana climate justice organizer Niria Alicia talks with Betsy López-Wagner, Principal and Chief Strategist at López-Wagner Strategies, James Puerini, a former wildland firefighter and co-founder of the Yale Wildland Firefighter Rights Initiative and Cinthia Zermeño Moore, climate advocate and Nevada field organizer with Moms Clean Air Force and Ecomadres. Together they reflect on loss, recovery, and what the growing climate crisis means for frontline communities of color, especially the Latino/a/x communities.
