On January 15, 2026, Moms Clean Air Force hosted a 30-minute Coffee & Climate Conversation with Shaina Oliver, an Indigenous mother and advocate leading Moms’ work with Tribal Nations. The discussion explored how lived experience shapes clean air advocacy, the air pollution challenges facing Tribal communities, and why Tribal sovereignty and Indigenous leadership are essential to protecting children’s health.
Shaina shared how Moms supports Tribal communities and elevates Indigenous voices, and how allies can engage in clean air advocacy in ways that respect Indigenous rights and leadership.
