In late 2022, EPA distributed 132 grants for air quality monitoring projects to communities across the country that are overburdened by health impacts from pollution. In partnership with Green Energy Ohio and the Ohio Public Health Association, Moms Clean Air Force hosted a virtual roundtable discussion on February 21, 2023, featuring representatives from the four projects awarded funding in Ohio:
- Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission
- Cleveland Department of Public Health
- Groundwork Ohio River Valley
- City of Canton
Panelists shared information about their upcoming project and how the results will be used to reduce pollution in the future.
