WASHINGTON — In the coming weeks, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is expected to announce updated Mercury and Air Toxics Standards (MATS) for coal plants. This week, Moms Clean Air Force’s National Field Director Patrice Tomcik will join a panel of experts for an on-the-record press briefing about this anticipated rule to discuss what it means for public health, climate, and communities.
