RISE PA: Pennsylvania’s Plan to Cut Industrial Pollution and Create Jobs

On April 2, Moms Clean Air Force will join the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), the Ohio River Valley Institute, local elected officials, community, climate, and labor leaders in Allegheny County to highlight the potential impact of RISE PA, Pennsylvania’s ambitious application for EPA’s Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) program. If awarded, the grant would channel hundreds of millions of dollars to strengthen Pennsylvania industry and communities.
