December 4, 2023
7:00 pm
- 8:00 pm EST

Parenting is hard; parenting in a changing climate is harder. Join us for a webinar hosted by New Hampshire Healthcare Workers for Climate Action (NH HWCA) on how parents can support their children and themselves in a warming world. The webinar will be led by Elizabeth Bechard, who is a Senior Policy Analyst for Moms Clean Air Force, a member of the US Early Years Climate Action Task Force, and a member of the NH HWCA CHICKS advisory board. Elizabeth is the author of Parenting in a Changing Climate: Tools for Cultivating Resilience, Taking Action, and Practicing Hope in the Face of Climate Change, and leads Moms Clean Air Forces’ work at the intersection of climate change and mental health.

Cosponsors of the webinar include the Climate and Health Initiative for Caregivers and Kids (CHICKS); the Montshire Museum of Science; the Center for Advancing Rural Health Equity at Dartmouth; the Boys & Girls Club of Central New Hampshire; and Moms Clean Air Force.
