Historic Climate Trial: Held vs. State of Montana

On June 12 and 13, Moms Clean Air Force will be in Helena, Montana, to stand in solidarity with the youth plaintiffs of Held v. Montana as they work with their legal team to make the case that the state has violated their constitutional right to a clean and healthful environment.

Each day, the trial will begin at 9 AM and conclude at 5 PM. Join us outside the courthouse at 8:15 AM on Monday and Tuesday to cheer on the youth and their attorneys as they head into the courtroom. If you can, stay after court proceedings on Monday for a community gathering hosted by local environmental and climate organizations from 5:30 to 6:30 PM at nearby Pioneer Park.
