Des Moines Latino Film Festival

Karin Stein, Iowa coordinator for Moms Clean Air Force and EcoMadres, as well as a board member of the Latino Center of Iowa, is a driving force behind the creation of the Des Moines Latino Film Festival, now in its second year. This year’s festival has been expanded to include 23 feature and short films, shown at 4 venues across the city. All events are free and open to the public.
