Commemoration of the 1865 Massacre at Thacker Pass

Moms Clean Air Force will join the Paiute and Shoshone protesters at Thacker Pass to honor ancestors killed in a brutal massacre by the US Cavalry on September 12, 1865. The remembrance is part of the effort to protect burial grounds and other sacred places from the destruction of lithium mining.
