Colorado Air Quality Control Commission Public Hearing

The Colorado Air Quality Control Commission is set to move forward with the second in a series of rulemakings to adopt the next generation of methane and air pollution standards from the oil and gas industry. These protections are critical for cleaning up the air our children breathe and addressing climate change.

Each person interested in attending or providing public comment must register in advance here. An agenda, with remote participation information, and concept document will be provided to those who registered prior to the meeting.
