Back to School: School Bus Electrification and V2G

On World EV Day, Moms Clean Air Force will join the EV Summit and the Electrification Coalition for an interactive discussion about the practicalities and benefits of electrifying the US school bus fleet and the role that V2G technology will play in this transition.
Around 55% of American public school students travel to school on a bus, and around 95% of those buses run on diesel. Plans to electrify school bus fleets were bolstered in 2019 with Kamala Harris’ Clean School Bus Act, but when, and how, can we expect the US to take the leap to electric?
Join key industry players and experts in V2G and charging technologies as they discuss the challenges surrounding an electrified fleet. The panelists will plot a roadmap toward making electric transport available to everyone.
