Climate change can sometimes seem like a distant problem. But more and more, we are coming to understand that climate change is here. It’s in our kitchens, our medicine cabinets, and our back yards.
How do we know? Because ecologists, entomologists, economists, virologists, psychologists, farmers, truckers, actuaries, nurses, engineers, vintners, brewers, pharmacists – and regular moms and dads like you – are noticing what’s happening. So are our nation’s pediatricians, who recently issued a climate change policy statement and technical report outlining the serious health threat that climate change poses for children in particular.
