WHAT: Speaking out in opposition to Attorney General Bill Schuette’s lawsuit to delay mercury emission standards for power plants
WHEN: Noon, Monday May 14 (Press conference starts at 12:30, but we will meet in the AFL-CIO parking lot in downtown Lansing at noon to assemble and then walk over to the Attorney General’s office building)
WHERE: AFL-CIO parking lot, 419 Washington Square South, Lansing, 48933. The group will then walk over to the G Mennen Williams Building between Ottawa and Allegan where the AG’s office is to hold the press conference.
