This is the testimony I gave today at an EPA public hearing in support of restoring the foundation of the Mercury and Air Toxics Standards. The hearing gathered feedback on EPA’s proposal to reaffirm the determination that it is appropriate and necessary to regulate hazardous air pollutants, including mercury, from power plants. This proposal would restore the legal foundation of the MATS.
