Moms: Do You Know About Nini Bambini?

Posted on February 1, 2012 by Moms Clean Air Force|Posted in: Mercury Poisoning, Motherhood, New Hampshire|

On Thursday, while Moms Clean Air Force co-founder, Dominique Browning was visiting NH, she and Yvonne Nanasi launched an exciting partnership with Nini Bambini.

Located in Bedford, NH, Nini Bambini was created by two mothers to support the needs of new parents.

Nina Cullen, owner and life coach, always warns mothers about the dangers of mercury poisoning. The Moms Clean Air Force resource, How Mercury Poisoning Works, has become part of her clean air toolkit.

Whether you have a growing belly, a growing baby, or you’re growing as a parent, if you live in New Hampshire, please check out Nini Bambini. It’s a wonderful place for parents and babies to learn and play.

Mercury comes largely from Wood Smoke. Wood Burning spoiled the Seas.

L.A. determined that just fireplace pollution was 4 times more than from a coal power plant. There is a lot more pollution from stoves. Pollution comes from small sources too friends, not just large sources.

Carbon black soot from wood burning is responsible for about 1/2 of global warming and abut 1/3 of New Englands residents are being exposed to pm violating the ambiant pm stds per Maine DEP-EPA modeling of stoves and census data. And wildfire smoke safe doses are exceeded by just the background ambiant pm which is 50% wood smoke. This safe dose is associated with heart attacks and asthma attacks and constitutional rights to life and health are violated even as states say the pm stds are not violated. It is a $150 billion/yr problem for victims. So, EDF is right to point to air pollution as a serious problem which we all must come together to fight.
