Rousing Applause For The Mercury and Air Toxics Standards

Follow @MomsCAF">

We’d like to thank all our moms (and dads, and others) who worked to support the new Mercury and Air Toxics Standards recently announced by EPA. And we want to make sure you know that you’re not alone!

In the past month, editorials and op-eds have been popping up all over the country shouting their support for the new standards. Take a look at our list below to see what some of America’s most influential newspapers are saying.

Is your hometown paper listed here? If it is, please leave a comment on their website to show that you support the new standards too. If it’s not, and we missed their endorsement of cleaner and healthier air, please let us know so we can add them to our list.

And if your hometown hasn’t weighed in, please send them a letter about why the new law is important to you.
